Terms and Conditions for Use of this Site
This web site is intended for the sole purpose of linking employers with potential employees within a select group of cities in Canada. Please use this site only if you accept the terms and conditions stated herein. By using this web site, you are indicating your acceptance of the terms which follow.
SeniorsForHire is a service provided by Issachar Resources Inc. for Canadian employers and persons 50 years of age and older. Issachar Resources Inc. may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating the information on this web page. Repeat users should visit this page periodically to stay informed of its requirements and provisions.
Employers Using Site
In using the services of SeniorsForHire through this web site you will provide a description of the position(s) available and the specific account information as required. While employers are solely responsible for their postings on this site, Issachar Resources Inc. reserves the right to edit the text of each job posting. Job postings are accessed and viewable by anyone registered on the site. Issachar Resources Inc. is not responsible for the use of this information by any individual or group who may have access to it.
In accepting the terms and conditions for use of the SeniorsForHire site, employers agree to adhere to the following:
- The language (description) of each job posting must closely represent the nature and requirements of the job.
- All job postings must contain only content that is professional and lawful.
- Issachar Resources Inc., reserves the right to modify or reject any account or job ad as it deems appropriate.
- The employer user must not require inquirers and applicants to pay any fees or deposits.
- Fees paid for all job postings are non-refundable.
- All job postings are for read-only purposes. Redistribution of these job postings in any other manner is strictly prohibited.
- The duration of each posting shall be sixty (60) days. The job may be re-posted after the expiration of sixty days on payment of the normal posting fee.
- Multiple job postings by the same employer will be given the benefit of a modified fee structure.
- Issachar Resources Inc. reserves the right to remove job ad(s) if for any reason payment of the posting fee is withheld.
Updating Registration Information
If you wish to edit the information you have submitted simply log on to your account and change the information as desired. To change your e-mail address contact info@seniorsforhire.ca.
The information on this web site, including graphics and text, is protected by copyright. You may view and download the material on SeniorsForHire.ca solely for personal, noncommercial use. When you register at SeniorsForHire, you submit information requested on our registration form and become a member of SeniorsForHire.ca. - Seniors (persons 50 years of age and over) seeking ployment and career information and employers seeking seniors may use the web site for the sole purpose of job seeking and job advertising.
- No user of this web site is permitted to access data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access.
- No user may attempt to interfere with service to any other user of SeniorsForHire.ca
- No user may access information on SeniorsForHire.ca to contact or network with other sites for the purpose of sending multiple mailings.
- No user may use contact information on this site for the purpose of sending unsolicited e-mail or promotions or advertising of any kind.
- All information shared by users of this site must be truthful and accurate.
- No person or entity accessing this site may take action which may interfere with the efficient running of the site and its programs.
- Users of this site are responsible for their own communication to the targeted audience or recipient. Each user shall be fully responsible for all verbal or graphic content of each submission.
- No user of this site may post material that is obscene, threatening, harassing, hateful or another person or entity.
